1. Credit and information authorization

I authorize Kings Funding and its lending partners, including any lender that may offer me a home equity line of credit, to obtain my consumer credit report and score from one or more consumer reporting agencies (Experian, Equifax, or TransUnion) to review my eligibility for a home equity line of credit and to verify the information in this inquiry. I understand that if I choose to complete a full application with a lender, that lender will provide its own disclosures and may obtain additional credit reports. I authorize Kings Funding to share the information in this inquiry with its lending partners for these purposes.

2. Consent to calls, texts, and emails

By providing my phone number and email address, I agree that Kings Funding and its lending partners may contact me about this inquiry, any home equity line of credit, and related products and services. Contact may be by live call, prerecorded or artificial voice message, automatic telephone dialing system, text message (SMS/MMS), and email, and may occur even if my number is listed on a federal or state Do Not Call registry. 3. Electronic records and signatures
