1. Certification of accuracy and authority

I certify that I am an owner or authorized representative of the business named in this application (the "Business"), that I am authorized to submit this application and any supporting documents on its behalf, and that everything I have provided is true, accurate, and complete. I understand Kings Funding will rely on this information, that I must promptly report any material change, and that submitting false or misleading information may result in denial and may violate federal and state law.

2. Credit and information authorization

I authorize Kings Funding and its affiliates, funding partners, assignees, and service providers (together, the "Recipients") to obtain consumer credit reports, business credit reports, and other background and investigative reports about me and the Business from Experian, Equifax, TransUnion, and other reporting agencies, both now and periodically afterward in connection with underwriting, any financing provided, renewals, servicing, and collection. I authorize banks, creditors, payment processors, landlords, accountants, and other third parties to release information about me and the Business to the Recipients, and I authorize the Recipients to verify anything in this application, including through bank account data services. I agree that this application and its supporting documents may be shared with the Recipients to evaluate the request and obtain offers, and that a copy of this authorization is as valid as the original.

3. Consent to calls, texts, and emails

By providing phone numbers and email addresses, I agree that Kings Funding and its funding partners may contact me at them about this application, any financing, and related products and services. 4. Electronic records and signatures

I agree to conduct this transaction electronically and to receive records, notices, and disclosures related to this application electronically. I agree that the signature I draw below is my electronic signature, that it has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature, and that this application, once signed, is an electronic record signed by me under the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN) and applicable state law. 5. Application terms

This application is a request for financing. It is not an offer, approval, or commitment by Kings Funding, and any funding is subject to underwriting and a separate written agreement. Revenue based financing and merchant cash advance products are purchases of a portion of the Business's future receivables and are not loans. Any disclosures required by state commercial financing disclosure laws will be provided with an offer. Information collected here is handled as described in Kings Funding's Privacy Policy. This application and my use of the Kings Funding website are governed by Kings Funding's Terms and Agreements, which include a binding arbitration provision, a class action waiver, and a jury trial waiver.
